Salary: £6.64 per hour + casual car allowance

Hours: Varied & Occasional

You will provide support that empowers service users’ potential for independent living. You will carry out risk and needs assessments and key work support planning, including behaviour management and this will form part of your day to day work. There will be an expectation for you to carry out partnership working. The ability to display a caring and sensitive approach with proper regard for residents’ rights is essential. In addition you will also possess good organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
